"We used Lee Goldman when we bought my house 9 yrs ago and now that we decided to sell we used Lee again. Now with that said I have done a tremendous amount of upgrades since then. Anyway we signed on a Thursday afternoon, listed on Friday, open house on Saturday for 3 hrs and sold that day to a cash buyer for more than we asked for.
